Confidence for Women - Embodied Yoga Principles

This is a practical Embodied Yoga Principles (EYP) workshop for women, exploring how you can be more confident in your life. Using yoga and partner and group exercises we will explore:

Setting and maintaining boundaries
Assertiveness and confidence
Taking a stand for things you believe in
Being seen
Co-operation and support
Self-care
We will use EYP postures such as "yes", "no" and "authority" posture which can prepare you for situations off the mat, as well as tried and tested centering methods to keep your cool under pressure.
