Yogaja Yoga will be hosting me to teach a special one-off 60-minute Form & Flow Yoga class.
This Form & Flow yoga class will be a cross-section of sustainable biomechanic movements meeting traditional yoga postures. We will glide, rotate and play in our bodies to find more freedom.
Form & Flow with Jamie is a perfect start to a Wednesday morning giving you the edge, mental clarity and physical release to skate through the rest of the week.
