1:1 Tuition

Jamie offers private yoga sessions by appointment in Chichester and surrounding areas. She has a work space in Boxgrove or can make a time to meet you in your home or office. Sessions are regularly available during the week/daytimes. Evening/weekends may be possible upon request/availability.

Making a commitment to yourself and your yoga practice not only is a valuable life lesson in self-care but where the greatest gains are made. The benefits felt are in direct correlation to how often you take time (this can be moments) to put what you've learned into practice during your own time.

Through practising EYP we can grow our awareness about ourselves and also how we are in relationship to others. If you truly want to get yoga off of your yoga mat than EYP is your practice.
